Description:
An immortal named Modo has been sent to live a full mortal life on earth as punishment for his crimes in the Absolute, the realm of the afterlife. Angered by this humiliation, the mortal Modo is determined to not only reclaim all his previous power, but gain enough strength to destroy the Earth once and for all, so that he may never be punished in such a base way again. As the story’s hero, the player must stop Modo’s heinous plans and ultimately destroy him, or aid Modo in his quest to annihilate the Earth....
Dawn of Magic allows players to choose from 12 different schools of magic, each with eight unique spells. This pushes the number of spells in the game to more than 90 different magical abilities. In addition to this massive arsenal of offensive magic, players will be able to teleport within their field of vision, an action which heals the character in the process. Players will also be able to enter into conventional melee battles with a slew of medieval weaponry, including clubs, swords, spears, and umbrellas.
Minimum Configuration:
* Microsoft Windows 2000/XP operating system
* Pentium 4 1.6 GHz or Athlon XP+ 1800 CPU (SSE support required)
* 512 MB RAM
* 1.5 GB of free hard drive space to install the game, plus 0.5 GB of free space for saved games
* 64 MB video board supporting vertex and pixel shaders 1.1 (GeForce3, Radeon 8500 or better)
* DirectX 9.0c (included on the game DVD)
* 1x DVD ROM drive
Recommended Configuration:
* Microsoft Windows 2000/XP operating system
* Pentium 4 2.4 GHz or Athlon XP+ 2500 CPU
* 1 GB RAM
* 1.5 GB of free hard drive space to install the game, plus 0.5 GB of free space for saved games

I was reading a lot of comments about people having problems with this game and StarForce, so I decided to make a custom installer...without StarForce!

I tested my new custom installer on two PC's running Windows XP Pro SP2. First, I ran the StarForce Drivers Removal Tool to make sure no previous game installed StarForce. Both computers were clean. Then, I installed the game using my installer. I played the game on both computers for over an hour long without any problems. I then ran the StarForce Drivers Removal Tool again to check for StarForce, and nothing was found.
The installer was made inside VMware Workstation. I installed the real DVD inside VMware, copied the Reloaded *****ed files into the game's directory. I deleted all the files that had the name "Protect," because I figured those were associated with StarForce. I then saved the install folder to my PC. In a new VMware virtual machine, I dragged the game's install folder into it, and I made a custom installer using Setup Factory 7. I dragged the installer out of VMware back into my PC, and I tested it on my computer and another PC.
If you have problems with the game, check your system specs, make sure you have the latest video card drivers, and also install the latest version of DirectX.
